BMT's Maritime Defence & Security team is growing and we are looking for Expressions of Interest from Maritime Engineering professionals to join our team in Perth and Melbourne to support our Maritime Sustainment programs in 2026 and beyond. Previous RAN surface vessel experience and Japanese language skills are highly advantageous. Your work at BMT will have a direct impact on national defence and security.

About you:
- Proven experience as a defence engineering professional, ideally within the maritime sector.
- A strong background in one of the engineering disciplines listed above.
- The ability to contribute to delivering innovative, safe, and sustainable solutions.
- The ability to hold and maintain an active Australian Baseline Defence Security Clearance or above.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is highly valued.
