The Role
We're seeking an experienced HR Sweeper/Water Cart Operator to join our team at East Ipswich.
You'll take pride in maintaining equipment, delivering exceptional service, and working in a safety-focused, professional environment.

- Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years HR Operating experience
- Current HR license for the above equipment
- Hours of Work
- Typical hours: 7am to 5pm, Monday - Friday.
- Occasional weekend work (every second or third Saturday)
- Overtime and penalty rates apply
About You
- Committed to safe work practices
- Skilled in operating HR vehicles
- 1-3 years prior experience working in Sweeper
- Able to keep equipment clean, reliable, and safe, including minor maintenance (refueling, lubrication, greasing)
- Diligent in completing logbooks, pre-start checklists, and daily running sheets
- Position Requirements
- Proven experience operating HR Vehicles safely and confidently
- Strong understanding of WHS principles and environmental responsibilities
- Ability to maintain accurate plant and vehicle records
