BMF is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Melbourne-based team, working on-site in Pyrmont, NSW, AU. Responsibilities

• Drive the day-to-day workflow of the client's business and develop a broader understanding of their needs and competitive set.
• Collaborate with the project team to deliver on the agency's vision of being a globally influential creative company.
• Manage work in a fast-paced environment with energy and composure under pressure.
• Join a large, close-knit, supportive team alongside creative and strategic thinkers.
• Act as quality controller for work produced and ensure it meets client and agency standards.
• Maintain all project documentation including timelines, WIPs, estimates, budgeting, and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day client issues, escalate when necessary, and coordinate with leadership for guidance.
• Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns from concept to production, ensuring assets are delivered on multiple deadlines.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution and ensure campaigns are delivered on budget and on time.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of how a client's business operates within its competitive context.
• Ability to build timelines for complex integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience creating and maintaining project documentation and a leading project management role for key clients.
• Demonstrated technical production knowledge across broadcast, digital, print and outdoor.
• Ability to collaborate with the group account director to identify new client opportunities.
• Experience managing budgets and financials for a job; ability to deliver projects within budget.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and drive BMF processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to bring ideas and strategic thinking to the table.
• Emerging strategic confidence and contribution to business thinking.

Experience and Attributes

• Experience in a similar role within a reputable agency; retail experience is beneficial.
• ADMA qualifications are highly desired.
• Passion for excellence and delivering the unexpected.
