You will drive safety, productivity, and delivery performance across 48+ production lines, a 30-vehicle fleet, and 24/7 maintenance coordination, while shaping a culture of inclusion and accountability.
You will report to the State Manager, oversee approximately 130 on-site staff, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, Safety, and Finance to deliver cost-efficient operations.
