We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated Property Manager to join our growing team and manage a well-structured residential portfolio.

The Role
In this key role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of a residential property portfolio, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. You will be supported by a collaborative team, allowing you to focus on service, compliance, and portfolio performance.
Key responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Showing properties for lease and managing leasing processes
- Completing all leasing and property management documentation
- Managing arrears and minimising rental losses
- Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and follow‑ups
- Ensuring compliance with NSW legislation and agency procedures
- Working collaboratively with other property managers, a property officer, and support staff
- Placing advertisements for letting and reletting properties
About you
- Reliable, honest, and hardworking with a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation and telephone manner
- Confident dealing with clients face‑to‑face and over the phone
- Well organised, self‑motivated, and open to coaching
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in residential property management
- Own car and current driver’s licence
Remuneration
The role offers a base salary plus commission and allowances, with pay based on experience.
