Job Opportunity: Manager – Maha Prabhuji Pty Ltd Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year + Superannuation Location: Hervey Bay, QLD Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week) Are you a motivated leader with management experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? Maha Prabhuji Pty Ltd, part of the growing Burrito Bar brand, is seeking a Manager to oversee store operations, lead a small team, and ensure the highest standards in service, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team to deliver high standards of customer service and operational performance.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management, stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.
- Maintain consistent high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction is a priority across all interactions.
- Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Identify training needs, coach staff, and ensure team members are skilled to meet operational and service expectations.
- Ensure all workplace health and safety requirements and food safety standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent experience in retail/food service management
- Minimum one year in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and customer service best practices
- Ability to thrive under pressure and make effective decisions
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
