BlueFit is seeking Group Fitness Instructors to lead classes across our Sydney Facilities! We are seeking vibrant, certified, and high-energy instructors across a wide range of Les Mills, Freestyle, Mind/Body, and Aquatic disciplines.
In these roles, you'll be the first point of contact for members and casual users, providing a warm and welcoming environment. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships, and creating a positive and motivating atmosphere in your group fitness sessions. You will help members achieve their fitness goals while contributing to an inspiring and supportive community.
What We’re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a solid background in health and fitness programming.
- You will have proven leadership abilities, as you’ll be responsible for inspiring and supporting both members and fellow team members.
- A proactive attitude and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, are essential.

- Strong commitment to participant safety, technique correction, and physical wellbeing.
- Current Working with Children Check (WA).
