About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic initiative focused on enhancing the student experience through uplifting an existing Service Now platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting diverse stakeholders across high-profile programs of work.
As Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in working with developers and designers to enhance and improve a current Service Now system, gathering requirements and addressing existing and new forms to deliver Service Now changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and elicit requirements, ensuring alignment with project and organisational objectives
- Collaborate with relevant teams to create, maintain, and refine documentation to provide clarity to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication channels to ensure alignment and understanding of change initiatives.
- Analyse business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions, ensuring they are feasible and aligned with the university's goals and objectives.
- Take the lead in handling stakeholder communications, ensuring that concerns are addressed effectively and timely while fostering a culture of trust and collaboration within the work area and beyond.
About You
- Strong familiarity and background working on Service Now projects.
- Strong skills in gathering gusiness requirements and and business process analysis.
- Facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
- Understanding of change management principles.
- With agile methodology. With business intelligence and analytical tools.
- Higher education experience highly desirable
