Bluefin Resources is partnering with a leading Australian superannuation organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of business transformation and member-focused initiatives.
This is an opportunity to work across a range of projects focused on improving member experiences, enhancing operational processes and delivering business change.
We're looking for a strong, business-focused Senior BA who understands the complexities of the superannuation industry, can engage confidently with senior stakeholders and is comfortable working across multiple projects. This is a business-facing role rather than a technical BA position.
Previous experience within the Australian superannuation industry is mandatory. We are specifically seeking a business-focused BA rather than a technical or systems-focused analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities across a portfolio of member-focused and business transformation projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, operational teams and project leads to gather and define requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, document business processes and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Conduct current and future state analysis, identifying process improvements and opportunities to enhance member outcomes.
- Support business impact assessments, process redesign and change implementation activities.
- Manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across multiple project teams.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience working within the Australian superannuation industry is essential.
- Proven experience as a business-focused Senior Business Analyst delivering business change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of superannuation operations, member services and associated business processes.
- Experience working on member-focused initiatives, business process improvement or operational transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to challenge, influence and manage expectations.
- Excellent requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into practical solutions.
- Proactive, adaptable and capable of working independently across multiple projects.
