BlueCare in Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred community care across days with travel between client visits. The role is permanent part-time with essential availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 6am–6pm, including occasional weekend/leave coverage and after-hours on-call.
You will deliver nursing care on the road, update care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve client quality of life.
