BlueCare in Caboolture is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service Centre on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The full-time position runs Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, with a rate of $33.22 per hour plus 12% super and salary packaging benefits.
You will be the first point of contact, receiving, assessing and responding to enquiries across multi-channel channels, helping customers understand care options and ensuring a smooth journey through the service.
