BlueCare in Queensland is seeking an experienced Wellness Lead to oversee the home's Wellness & Engagement Program, ensuring activities are person-centred and aligned with residents' goals and abilities.
You will lead planning, delivery and evaluation of programs, coach Wellness Partners and volunteers, and collaborate with residents, families and care teams to improve wellbeing and independence.
This role requires a Diploma in Leisure and Health and a current Queensland Driver Licence.
