Blue Sky Community Services is seeking a professional Family Practitioner to join our Families, Young People and Communities Team in Coffs Harbour. The role involves travel across the Bellingen, Coffs Harbour and Nambucca Heads LGAs, supporting families with trauma‐informed, family‐centred care.
The position is full-time, based at Groundworks, and funded under the Family Preservation Program. It includes a 24/7 on‐call roster, flex hours, and SCHADS Level 4 classification.
