We are a Melbourne-based property development company specialising in residential land subdivision and property developments projects. We are committed to creating high-quality communities and delivering successful developments through close collaboration with government authorities, consultants and construction partners.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Accountant to join our team and support the financial management of our expanding development portfolio.
About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will provide accounting and administrative support across multiple property development projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to project accounting and financial management within the property development industry.
About You
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline (or actively working toward CA/CPA qualification).
Experience in an accounting or finance support role with strong understanding of accounting processes and reconciliations.
Previous experience in construction, property development and land subdivision related industries is highly regarded but not required.
Experience with accounting software such as MYOB or Xero.
Possess good communication skills and a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to speak and read Mandarin is highly desirable.
