BLUE LOTUS CARE is expanding its home care team in Victoria and seeks dedicated Disability Support Workers. Positions are for male staff to cover 7am–9am shifts Monday to Friday in Devon Meadows, with additional Sri Lankan male applicants welcome and PM shifts in Cranbourne.
Applicants should have 6–12 months of experience, a Certificate IV in disability care or equivalent, and relevant checks (Working with Children, NDIS Screening) plus First Aid/ CPR and vehicle insurance.
