Our client is a leading national energy supplier, providing gas solutions to homes and businesses across Australia. We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join their Lytton team, assisting with customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting daily administration.
- $38.88 per hour
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday - no weekends!
- Start times between 7:30am and 8:30am.

About the role:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Process customer orders, bookings and service requests accurately.
- Assist with account enquiries and provide product and service information.
- Resolve customer concerns and escaláte enquiries where required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate customer requests.
- Complete data entry and general administrative duties.
About you:
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or phone-based support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- A reliable, customer-focused approach and a willingness to assist the team.
- Reliable transport to and from Lytton.
- Willingness to complete a police check, pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
