Want an OT career that keeps you learning, laughing and growing? Come and play with us.

At Bloom Sensory our days are full of swinging, climbing, crashing, giggling and those little breakthrough moments that make you remember why you became an OT.

We are a paediatric occupational therapy clinic in Shepparton, and we are looking for an OT, new grad or experienced, to join our growing team.

We believe children and families deserve more than therapy. They deserve to feel understood, supported and celebrated. We believe the same about our team.

Why work with us

A sensory gym you will actually want to work in.

Our purpose-built clinic is designed for big, joyful, movement-rich therapy, with suspended equipment and plenty of room to follow the child’s lead.

A career path you can actually see.

Our structured progression and pay framework shows exactly how you grow at Bloom, from new grad through to senior and clinical lead roles, with pay that recognises your skills and certifications.

Above-award salary with benefit options available.

More therapy, less paperwork.

Our dedicated client support coordinator takes care of service agreements, bookings and chasing up paperwork, so your time goes into the kids and families, not the admin.

Flexibility that fits your life.

Part time or full time, with a week built around you and your family.

Variety beyond the clinic.

Alongside clinic sessions you will have opportunities to support children at school, at kinder and through our community programs.

Our team

We are a small, warm and connected team that celebrate every win, big or small, we bounce ideas around constantly, and nobody is ever left to figure out a tricky case on their own.

If you are the kind of OT who gets excited about a new piece of equipment or a clever way to sneak heavy work into a session, you will fit right in.

Who we are looking for

We welcome new graduates or experienced OTs who have been wanting to make the move into paediatrics.

New grads receive structured supervision, mentoring and a gradual caseload build-up.

Experienced OTs enjoy autonomy, the chance to mentor others and space to bring their ideas to life.

You will thrive at Bloom if you

  • Hold your Occupational Therapy qualification and AHPRA registration.
  • Light up when working with children and families and want to make a genuine difference.
  • Believe in playful, strengths-focused therapy that celebrates every small step forward.
  • Enjoy independence in your work, knowing a supportive team is right beside you.
  • What your days look like
  • Delivering fun, play-based therapy in our sensory gym that builds real confidence and capability in children.
  • Building trusting relationships with families, schools, kinders and other health professionals.
  • Taking part in regular supervision, mentoring and in-house PD sessions where we learn and grow together.
  • Contributing to community and outreach projects that make a difference beyond the therapy room.
