What you'll do:
- Lead development of core Android features, including hardware integrations, widgets, and system components.
- Design scalable mobile architectures and influence platform‐wide patterns.
- Collaborate across product, design, and backend teams to build seamless user experiences.
- Drive internal tooling, process improvements, and performance optimisations.
- Mentor Android engineers and guide technical decision‐making across teams.
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years of Android development experience, with deep proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Track record of architecting complex mobile systems using MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
- Strong leadership in cross‐functional technical initiatives and mobile strategy.
- Familiarity with Android performance, security, and design best practices.
- Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and building with long‐term impact in mind.
