We’re growing, and we’re looking for vibrant, switched-on Medical Receptionists to join our team across our two clinics in Barton. Whether you want casual shifts, a part-time rhythm, or a full-time role, there’s a spot for you.

- Communicate clearly and kindly, in person and on the phone
What you’ll be doing
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming, friendly front desk
- Managing appointments, phones, emails and enquiries
- Processing billing, Medicare and private payments
- Keeping patient records accurate and confidential
- Supporting our doctors and clinical staff so the clinic runs smoothly
- Helping out across both clinics as needed
Nice to have
- Previous medical reception experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Understanding of medical terminology

Our clinics are open Monday to Friday, with hours ranging from 7:30am to 6:00pm, plus occasional Saturdays. We’re looking for people who are flexible with their availability, happy to work a mix of early starts, later finishes and the occasional Saturday, and willing to work across both clinics when needed. In return, we’ll work with you to find a roster that suits your life.
