The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic and capable Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our team. This is a varied, client-facing opportunity spanning sponsorship and account management, event delivery, brand partnerships and talent procurement. You'll work closely with our Director to service an exciting portfolio of corporate clients, coordinate projects and help bring commercial opportunities to life. From premium corporate hospitality at major sporting events to sourcing celebrity ambassadors, negotiating sponsorship arrangements and delivering brand activations, no two days will be quite the same. We're open to candidates with experience in one or more of these areas. The level of appointment will reflect your experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Account Management: Manage day-to-day client relationships, coordinate projects, respond to briefs and ensure the successful delivery of agreed activities and services.
  • Sponsorship Management: Support the management and activation of sponsorship agreements, including contractual rights and benefits, partner relationships, ticketing allocations, invitations, guest lists and VIP hospitality.
  • Event Management: Plan and deliver corporate events, hospitality experiences, sponsorship activations and promotional events, coordinating venues, suppliers, budgets, production requirements, timelines and on-site operations.
  • Talent Procurement & Management: Research, identify and source athletes, personalities, influencers, speakers and entertainment for brand campaigns and events. Liaise with talent representatives, negotiate fees and coordinate bookings and agreements.
  • Partnership Research & Strategy: Identify and evaluate sponsorship, talent and charity opportunities aligned with client objectives.
  • Contracts & Commercial Coordination: Assist with sponsorship and talent negotiations, prepare agreements using established templates and coordinate approvals through to execution.
  • Proposals & Presentations: Research and prepare client proposals, sponsorship recommendations, talent shortlists, presentations and new business materials.
  • Agency Operations: Support the smooth day-to-day running of a small agency, including client correspondence, travel arrangements, invoicing, supplier coordination and general administration.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is equally comfortable managing relationships and getting involved in the detail of delivering a project. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in account management, events, sponsorships, partnerships, talent management or a related marketing discipline.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple clients, deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence preparing budgets, spreadsheets, presentations, reports and project documentation.
  • A proactive, resourceful and collaborative approach, with the flexibility to work across different projects and responsibilities.
  • An interest in sport, entertainment, marketing and the commercial partnerships that connect brands with audiences.
  • Experience within an agency, sporting organisation, rights-holder, events business or brand marketing team would be highly regarded.

You don't need to have worked across every area of our business. We're particularly interested in candidates who bring strong transferable experience, a willingness to learn and the ability to take ownership of their work.
