Fleet Maintenance Planner - Tully or Innisfail
About This Opportunity
Blenners Transport is seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Maintenance Planner to join our growing workshop team, based at our Tully depot. This is a full-time role.
In this position, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating fleet maintenance activities to ensure vehicles are safe, compliant, and operational. The role monitors maintenance schedules and costs, maintains compliance and quality standards, and works closely with Operations to ensure vehicles are available and ready to meet operational deadlines.
Position Requirements
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Proactive attitude with an excellent work ethic.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling maintenance for both Tully and Brisbane workshops.
- Booking of repairs and services to external service providers across Australia.
- Coordinating and communicating repair time frames with Operations.
- Generation of reports for Management.
- Assist in other general service administration tasks.Compile information for internal and external audits.
