Counterbalance forklift drivers required to load freight following load weight requirements, oversize & ugly freight, using extended tine attachments and reading and following con notes.
We are currently seeking several experienced Freight forwarding forklift drivers to join our reputable transport business located in Dandenong South. We have multiple day and afternoon shift roles available, with opportunities to suit candidates with different shift preferences.
These roles involve:
- Counterbalance forklift jobs loading trucks in a fast-paced transport DC
- Oversize & ugly freight
- Use of extended tine attachments
- Small amount of general labouring and manual handling tasks
To be successful, you will have:
- Current forklift licence with solid experience (a MUST)
- Experience using tine attachments
- Experience working within the transport industry (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of weight distribution & weight restraints
- Ability to read & understand various con notes
- Own reliable transport and a valid Driver's Licence
- Full Australian working rights
