About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service & Administrative person to join our team on a permanent basis.
Hours
- Tuesday to Saturday
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service and welcoming our great customers with a warm, professional approach.
- Managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and handling general accounts.
- Keeping accurate records and updating customer profiles in our systems.
- Handling cash, invoices and POS operations.
- Assisting with general hands-on tasks as needed, including stock rotation, shelf stocking, and inventory scanning.
- What We’re Looking For
- A passion for delivering top-tier customer service and building strong relationships with our great customers.
- Basic computer skills and good reading comprehension, enabling you to navigate our systems and documentation effectively.
- Strong basic counting and mathematical skills, with accuracy being paramount in your day-to-day work.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organisational skills.
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to stay accurate under pressure.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and a great team player.
