- About the Opportunity
Bland 2 Brilliant Landscapes is seeking reliable, hardworking Landscape Construction Labourers to join our growing team.
We work across a range of commercial landscape construction projects throughout Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast.
We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of physical work and take pride in being part of a hardworking team.
About the Role
Working alongside our experienced Tradespeople and Site Supervisors, you'll assist with a variety of landscape construction activities, including:
- General landscape construction and site preparation
- Paving, concreting and hardscaping works
- Retaining walls, edging and drainage works
- Soil preparation, turf laying and planting
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Operating hand tools and basic construction equipment
- General site clean-up and maintaining a safe work environment
- Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day construction tasks
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people with a great attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to get the job done.
Ideally, you'll have
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction or general labouring (preferred)
- A current Construction White Card is essential
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport is essential
- Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual labour
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
- The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
- Availability for early starts (6:30am) and occasional Saturday work
Previous landscape construction experience is highly regarded, however we're also happy to consider hardworking individuals with relevant general construction experience.
