Blackwoods is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join our Australia-wide call centre. You’ll deliver timely, friendly service, helping customers find the right solutions from our extensive product range and contributing to sales while upholding our Customer Promise.
In this role you’ll handle enquiries across sales, service and backorders, build strong relationships with customers and Account Managers, use questioning techniques to provide best solutions, and spot opportunities for cross-selling.
