Different drivers want different things from their working week, and we're in a position to offer a variety of MC driving opportunities.
At Blacks Transport, we're looking for experienced MC Drivers to join our Queensland transport operation, with multiple positions currently available.
From overnight changeovers and night runs through to Townsville trips and longer linehaul work, there's a good mix of driving across our network.
We're interested in hearing from drivers who know the job, take pride in their work and are looking for their next opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the position, your work will involve transporting general freight across our Queensland network, working with our depot and linehaul teams to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.
This includes:

Operating MC combinations safely and professionally

Completing vehicle inspections and ensuring loads are secure

Managing fatigue and meeting transport compliance requirements

Maintaining accurate work diary records

Communicating with linehaul control and depot teams

Completing freight paperwork and documentation

Looking after trucks, trailers and equipment
What We're Looking For
A current MC Licence is essential.
Ideally, you'll also have:

Previous MC driving experience, particularly in general freight or linehaul

A good understanding of fatigue management and load restraint

Reliable communication and sound judgement on the road

A professional approach to safety and compliance

The ability to work independently and manage your responsibilities
Experience with Electronic Work Diaries will be highly regarded.
