About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Accessibility Specialist to:
- Embed accessibility throughout the design and development lifecycle
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and researchers across multiple projects
- Identify and resolve accessibility issues in wireframes, prototypes, and front-end code
- Conduct manual accessibility testing using assistive tech (screen readers, speech-to-text, magnifiers)
- Influence and support automated accessibility testing
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in accessibility across mobile apps (Android/iOS) and responsive web
- Deep understanding of WCAG, ARIA/WAI-ARIA, and platform-specific guidelines
- Hands-on knowledge of assistive technologies and how people with disabilities use them
- Experience reviewing Figma/Axure designs and collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills and a passion for inclusive design
Nice to Have
- Experience conducting usability testing with people with disability
- Familiarity with inclusive design methodologies and accessibility on emerging platforms
