We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team at a well-established food manufacturing facility in Robinvale, Victoria. This role operates on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster, providing an excellent work-life balance while working within a modern production environment. During your 7-day shift block, accommodation will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates based in Melbourne or other locations who are open to working regionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment
- Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective repairs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant reliability and efficiency
- Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with food safety and OH&S standards

- Trade qualified Fitter / Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter
- Strong troubleshooting and fault finding skills
