- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, inventory management and distribution.

You\'ll be a proven logistics leader with experience managing complex, high-SKU distribution environments across multiple sites. You\'ll have successfully led transformational change and know how to balance strategic priorities with operational excellence.
You\'ll bring:
- Extensive experience leading multi-site logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
- Experience operating within a high-SKU environment supporting both B2B and B2C fulfilment.
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale WMS implementations.
- Experience leading site relocations, network optimisation or other major operational transformation projects.
- Strong freight and transport management experience, including carrier reviews, commercial negotiations and service optimisation.
- A passion for developing people, building leadership capability and creating high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of delivering measurable operational outcomes.
