The Opportunity
This is a key leadership role overseeing the afternoon shift at a fast-paced, high-performing site. You'll lead and mentor a large production team, drive operational standards, and play a hands‐on role in delivering safety, quality, and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 45, supported by experienced Team Leaders.
- Drive performance through accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Support and mentor Team Leaders to achieve production KPIs and quality outcomes.
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Collaborate with senior operations to identify and implement process improvements.
