The Associate Program puts you on live client work from the start, with structured training and mentors behind you. You grow your technical and consulting skills side by side, on a clear pathway towards leading projects, teams and client relationships.

Applied AI runs through everything we do: using services such as AI Foundry, Mosaic AI, Bedrock, OpenAI and Copilot, alongside machine learning, to solve real client problems.

What we’re looking for:
- A degree in engineering, computer science, data science, IT, information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience in tech or consulting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a real interest in AI and emerging technology
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
- Curiosity about both sides of the work: building technology and helping clients use it
You must have full Australian working rights and be available to start in February 2027.
