The role involves working with a strong manufacturing team and will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Read and interpret product plans, other written instructions and diagrams to perform tasks at hand.
- Report all necessary work, damage or repairs to the operations manager and record using in-house databases or reporting systems.
- Advise low stocking on parts lines to ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Maintain a safe working environment through ensuring the correct operation of all tools and specialised equipment.
- Ensure you are conducting safe work practices.
- Provide clear Quality Control Inspections.
- Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies and organisational values.
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
- Carry out reasonable duties at the request of management.
