The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of commercial new-build and refurbishment projects from commencement through to handover.
You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, quality subcontractors and a management team that remains actively involved throughout delivery.
The emphasis is on running a well-organised site, maintaining programme and delivering an exceptional standard of construction.
You'll have genuine autonomy, backed by strong systems, experienced people and an office that supports its Site Managers.
About You
- Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Strong commercial new-build and refurbishment experience
- Proven delivery of projects in the $5M - $40M range
- Excellent programming and organisational skills
- Strong construction methodology and technical knowledge
- Ability to lead subcontractors and site teams
- Stable employment history and reliable references
