The Opportunity
You'll work alongside an experienced Site Manager delivering major commercial construction projects across Sydney.
You'll take responsibility for key areas of site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme and maintaining quality and safety standards.
You'll be supported by experienced project teams and sophisticated systems, while gaining the exposure and responsibility required to progress into Site Management.
About You
Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
Strong portfolio of commercial projects $20M+
Experience across structure and detailed finishes
Excellent programming and subcontractor coordination skills
Strong understanding of safety and quality
Ability to lead site teams and mentor junior staff
Stable employment history and reliable references
