We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at BJP Laboratories Pty Ltd in Yatala, Queensland. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring the efficient and seamless production of our high-quality products. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating the production team to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
- Monitoring and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Providing hands-on support and guidance to production staff, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance product quality and output.
- Maintaining accurate production records and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Promoting a safe and compliant work environment by following all relevant health and safety protocols.
About you:
- 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of production processes and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for detail.
