Birdee Sport and Travel Pty Ltd is a growing wholesale supplier of premium women's golf wear to golf course pro shops and specialist golf retailers across Australia. We are seeking experienced B2B Independent Field Sales Agents who would like a part-time contract to manage and grow a defined portfolio of golf retail customers in areas out of the main centres.
THE ROLE
- Managing and developing 20–40 golf pro shop and retail accounts
- Conducting minimum 6 in-person sales calls per customer per year
- Presenting seasonal ranges (summer and winter peaks)
- Generating wholesale orders ($1,000–$8,000 per customer annually typical)
- Providing sales forecasting and territory feedback
Workload is seasonal with peak periods aligned to golf retail buying cycles.
ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS
- ABN required
- Straight commission model. Independent but with feedback and reporting.
- Industry-aligned commission range 10% – 17% of wholesale sales (based on customer, experience and territory scale)
- 1-3 days a week required, dependent on time of year and customers in area.
