We are looking for an experienced Senior Licensed Conveyancer or Project Paralegal to predominantly run our off the plan project conveyancing for our developer clients. You will manage projects from contract issue through to bulk settlement. You will work closely with our senior solicitors and have real ownership of your projects.
Key responsibilities
You will manage a broad range of conveyancing matters across residential, development and large-scale property transactions, working closely with senior lawyers and clients throughout the transaction stages
Prepare and issue contracts
Respond to purchaser requests, including contract amendments
Take instructions from clients
Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders
About you
At least 4 years experience as a Licensed Conveyancer or Project Conveyancing Paralegal, including on large-scale off the plan developments
Strong working knowledge of PEXA
Attention to detail, especially where many lots must be settled to a deadline
Client-centric focus
The ability to respond promptly to clients and the other side
Experience with project exchange platforms is desirable
