What you’ll be doing:
- Receiving, unpacking and storing incoming stock
- Picking, checking, packing and dispatching customer orders, for local and international customers
- Operating walk-behind forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Processing stock movements, transfers and orders in our system
- Helping with stocktakes and keeping the warehouse organised
- Assisting the customer service team with their transport and order enquiries
- Collation and dispatch of marketing and event materials
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, or similar logistics environment is essential
- Current LF Forklift Licence preferred or willingness to obtain in the future
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving items regularly, 20kg max lift
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is focused on accuracy, a logical thinker, results-driven and solutions-oriented
- Good verbal and written communication and great attention to detail
- Able to adapt according to priorities and work collaboratively for team success
- Reliable work ethic and positive team attitude - enjoy being a part of and supporting a like-minded team
