This program is open to graduates from all faculties who graduated in 2025 or 2026.
The Program:
- Commences late January 2027
- Tailored graduate program to suit your career goals, focused on full supply chain exposure
- 12 month rotational program with a permanent role with Bindaree at the end
- Deeply understand our product and obtain your AUS Meat Beef Specifications Qualification
- Based at our major processing site, Inverell with travel to other sites
You are:
- A graduate who has completed a Bachelor degree (or higher) in 2025 or 2026.
- A quick learner and have a \"can do attitude\"
- Aligned to our company values
You have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills, ability to coordinate and plan and work autonomously.
- Full time working rights in Australia
