Support API payload definition, test-data preparation, defect analysis and business/technical traceability.5-8 years in data analysis, systems analysis or integration analysis. Strong SQL, data mapping, API payload analysis, reconciliation and documentation skills. Experience with CRM/customer data, privacy-aware handling and stakeholder workshops required.
