Structural Revit Drafter – Commercial & Mixed-Use Developments
In collaboration with our design consultant partner, we are seeking an experienced Revit Structural Drafter/Modeller with strong capability across commercial and mixed-use development projects.
About the Role
You’ll be involved in the preparation and coordination of detailed structural documentation for:
- Commercial and mixed-use developments
- Medium to high-density projects
- Structural design documentation and drawing sets
- BIM modelling and project coordination using Revit
Skills & Experience
- High level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with strong detailing and documentation skills
- Experience working on commercial or mixed-use development projects within a local design consultancy environment (essential)
- Understanding of Australian building regulations and construction methods
- Design documentation experience across reinforced / post tension concrete and structural steel
- Ability to produce accurate, well-coordinated structural drawings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, including liaising with engineers and other consultants
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality documentation
Desirable but Non-Essential Skills
- Experience with BIM workflows and model coordination
- Knowledge of parametric design processes
