About the Role
You'll help create a fun, safe and engaging environment forchildren during before-school care, after-school care and our action-packedvacation care programs.
What will you be doing?
- Keepingchildren engaged with fun, educational and recreational activities.
- Gettinginvolved in games, sports, arts and crafts, cooking and plenty of creativeadventures.
- Helpingplan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate programs.
- Settingup and packing away activities, equipment and food service areas.
- Creatinga safe, inclusive and supportive environment where every child feelswelcome.
- Followingour policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Buildingpositive relationships with children, families, school staff and yourfellow BIG team members.

About You
You're energetic, approachable and passionate about making apositive difference in children's lives. You enjoy being part of a team, canthink on your feet and aren't afraid to jump in, get involved and have fun!
You'll bring a caring attitude, a reliable approach and agenuine commitment to children's safety, wellbeing and development.
- Avalid Working with Children Check.
- Experiencein OSHC or childcare is highly regarded.
- Currentlystudying towards, or holding, an ACECQA-approved qualification.
- Availabilityfor morning and afternoon split shifts.
- ANational Police Check issued within the past six months, or willingness toobtain one.
- Reliabletransport to travel between services in the northern suburbs, if required.
