We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, experienced and child-safety-focused OSHC Centre Manager (Coordinator) to join our team at Rehoboth Christian College in Wilson. The role involves:
- Keeping things running smoothly, supporting and inspiring your team, and ensuring every child feels safe, included and excited.
- Leading a team of passionate Educators to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Building fantastic relationships with families and strengthening our connection with the school community.
This is a part-time position, with operational hours during term time being:
- After school: 2:40 pm - 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Plus 4 administration hours per week = 20 hours per week
You will enjoy a mix of hands-on time with children, team leadership and behind-the-scenes organisation (such as budgeting, staff training, compliance & rostering).
You will need:
- A Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care, or School Age Education & Care, or an ACECQA recognised equivalent.
- A valid WWCC.
- Relevant Child Protection & Child Safety training certificates and excellent knowledge of child safeguarding.
- A National Police Check completed within 6 months, or a willingness to obtain.
- First Aid in an Early Education setting.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Work rights in Australia.
- Leadership experience in OSHC or ECEC and a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework & My Time, Our Place learning framework.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
