Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.
About the Role:
- We are looking for a merchandiser in Sunnybank Hills area.
- Up to 30 hours per week (average 15 hours per week).
- Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store.
- Availability is required across Monday to Friday.
- Immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel.
- Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores.
- Pricing and ticketing compliance.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone.
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Successful candidate will have:
- Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment (not essential).
- Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded.
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role.
