We are looking for a friendly, bubbly, and motivated person to join our team in a front-of-house role at our busy caravan park.
This role is much more than just reception.

Key responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Processing bookings, enquiries, check-ins, and check-outs
- Responding to guest requests and finding solutions to any issues that arise
- Managing phone calls, emails, and guest correspondence
- Assisting with general administration and office tasks
- Supporting stock ordering and monitoring supplies
