About the Role
The People & Culture Team Leader is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping a positive, culturally safe and high-performing workplace.
- Working closely with the Executive and senior leaders, you will:
- Lead workforce strategy, culture and capability initiatives
- Support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment pathways
- Provide expert advice on recruitment, workforce planning and employee relations
- Strengthen performance, engagement and leadership practices
- Lead a small specialist P&C team
This role offers the opportunity to influence organisational sustainability and enhance how people experience work at Bidgerdii.
About You
You are values-driven and passionate about improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
You will bring:
- Senior People & Culture / HR leadership experience within a complex organisation
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, including team leadership
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, WHS or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of workforce strategy, IR, performance and culture
- Strong coaching and advisory capability
- Understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled principles
- Experience in health, community services or ACCHO environments (desirable)

- Police Criminal History Check
- QLD C Class Driver's Licence
- Compliance with mandatory immunisations
