Are you a natural communicator who enjoys helping people succeed? Do you thrive on building genuine relationships and delivering outstanding service? Bidfood is looking for a Sales Representative to join our Lismore branch, servicing the Yamba region and the surrounding areas, ideally based in Yamba. This role is all about people. You’ll be the friendly face and trusted contact for our customers — listening to their needs, offering helpful solutions, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visiting customers to build and maintain strong relationships
- Recommending products that suit their needs
- Accurately processing orders and responding to queries
- Collaborating with warehouse, purchasing and delivery teams
- Reporting on opportunities and customer feedback
- Occasionally assisting with deliveries to better understand the customer experience
