BHP Group in Australia is seeking a Rail Transport Supervisor to join the Rail Operations Mines team. This on-site FIFO role oversees a team of Rail Transport Technicians servicing Train Loadouts and operating mainline trains, reporting to the Rail Operations Superintendent.
Based in the Pilbara, you will:
- Lead safety-first operations on a 7 days, 7 nights, 14-off roster.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity and culture.
- Ensure compliance with Rail Rulebook and company policies.
