About the role:
This role manages the end‐to‐end resident conveyancing process, preparing contracts and settlement documentation, coordinating payouts and lodgements etc. Monitoring timelines of exit process and working closing with the other internal teams, to allow for better business decisions and drive customer outcomes.
About you
You bring 3+ years' experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing/Real Estate Paralegal and a strong track record preparing legal documentation, coordinating settlements and managing stakeholder relationships.
