About Us
BG Enterprises has been operating for over 50 years and employs more than 70 personnel across a range of trades.
We are seeking an experienced maintenance person to join our Sydney-based maintenance team, servicing government, community housing and private contracts.
The successful applicant will primarily work across the city portfolio in Pyrmont, Alexandria and surrounding areas, with additional work available in other areas as an example Northern Beaches , Marsfield, Parramatta.
About the Role
The role involves completing Minor Repairs to Doors , windows , locks, cupboards / Dry wall and wall repairs / Tile repairs .
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and demonstrates a high level of care and attention to detail.
- Tasks and Responsibilities - Some training can be provided
- General Housing unit Repairs
- Dry wall repairs and patching
- Minor painting
- Doors , windows , locks
- Cupboards
- Minor tile or grouting
- Working professionally and respectfully within occupied residential properties
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in general housing maintenance
- Strong attention to detail
- Current OHS White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger trades team
